FLAC 1.3.0 binary for MacOS 10.8

As the title says, could someone please point me to (or compile for me / send me) a flac 1.3.0 binary for MacOS 10.8 (64 bit). I don't have Xcode and/or Macports/equivalent installed on my system.

Also a question - does lame with libsndfile need to incorporate flac while building, and if yes, is there a version for MacOS with the latest version of FLAC? Again could someone point me to (or compile / send me) a binary for this for the same platform.
