Hi

I've been running LMS for a while on windows 10. I have a machine running Linux Lubuntu but I am a 100% Linux idiot - literally can only use the Out of the box functionality.

Like an idiot I was experimenting with the LMS 8.1 .deb package and managed to get it to run . I even got as far as fiddling with some plugins via the web browser. I downloaded the package to a usb drive and moved it to the desktop and used an installer by right click Discover to get it going from there Now I have 2 versions of LMS running on my network but I can not fathom out how to remove LMS from the Lubuntu PC. I can't see it in the installed software and i tried putting

sudo apt remove [squeezeboxserver] in the terminal window. That prompts a password but when i put in my password nothing happens.

Sorry I know this is woefully inadequate information but just thought I'd ask before reinstalling the OS and learning to walk before I can run.
