I am running LMS 7.8.0 on a Xubuntu 14.04 server installation and am I having an issue with the startup sequence of the network and LMS.
LMS, by default on my system, starts before the network interfaces. Therefore LMS is not able to log into mysqueezebox.com automatically. This means that I am not able to listen to Internet Radio.
The network interfaces of my server are managed by NetworkManager and I don't want to change that. As a workaround I have added a restart of LMS in /etc/rc.local, but this is not a very nice solution IMHO.
Is there a better solution for my problem possible?
As far as I understand LMS is using traditional start/stop scripts and is not using upstart or other init-daemons technics, maybe that complicates the situation?
