Repository for 7.9

I'm about to upgrade from 7.8.1 to 7.9, but I don't see the option in my Synaptic Package Manager.

I've Googled a bit and looked at the wiki and a few threads here, but cannot for the life of me find the repository for upgrading to 7.9

Do I need to resort to the command line (instructions for that are pretty clear in the wiki)? In the past, all my updating has been done via the package manager - and I'm a Ubuntu noob through and through (the only Unix I've done has been to keep my Squeezeboxes running).
