Just a heads up to anyone trying to buy and download mp3 music from Amazon UK onto a linux computer. After doing this successfully on a daily basic for months the service stopped working yesterday. When attempting to download purchased music now the music plays rather than downloads. Also the software becomes confused about the number and identity of authorised players. I had a long session with one of Amazon's help line staff which failed to resolve the problem.. After consulting with colleagues he told me there were currently 'issues' with linux which he implied were resulting from attempts to integrate features across platforms. Still not working this morning, hope they get it sorted out soon.
