I like to use Fedora on my Wandboard DL. I did try a few with Your CSOS-Wandboard-Dual-R6-20130712-1 image. The best it detects all my sorts of webcam I have.
I did not find a How To for porting so I ask the makers ;)
It will be nice if You can help
